The Zambian No. 8 put in a tour de force display and grabbed two first-half tries before completing the treble with his side’s eighth.
The others to cross for Rams were Max Marshall and Andrew Lamb, both with braces, Zach Clow and Aaron Tull.
Mike Cooke landed eight conversions from nine attempts to tally 16 points during a thrilling contest at Old Bath Road.
And man-of-the-match Willo said: “It was a pretty fast-paced game under the sun, and to score 60 points is no easy thing.
“We started very well, but then let them back in at certain points.
“Sedgley showed good fight – they were playing for pride and they showed plenty of it.
“I can’t fault them and wish them all the best for next season.”
He continued: “It was nice to get the hat-trick – I had a bit of a wager with Connor before the game that if I scored a hat-trick he’d have to stay on for one more year.
“I’ll try and hold him to it.
“He’s been a massive stalwart for Rams and was very welcoming when I came in.
“We’ve built up a very good relationship and he’s a great man. I’m sure we’ll see him around the club in the future.”

One of the stand-out performers this season, Willo’s treble took him to 10 tries in 25 appearances in his maiden campaign.
And the former Oxford Harlequins No. 8 said: “I’ve absolutely loved it.
“The fans are unbelievable, the coaches are unbelievable and the boys the same.
“I’m staying on for next season and I can’t wait.”
There is still time to see which players collect trophies at Saturday’s end-of-season awards party.
