He is the fourth Cardiff Met University graduate to arrive, and played every BUCS Super Rugby fixture last term.
Henry started his career as a nine-year-old at Hove RFC, while he was schooled at Cardinal Newman in the same town.
The 5ft 9in speedster continued his studies in Wales, switching from the back row to wing in his second year.
His performances for Samurai Sevens then led to an international call-up, Henry qualifying via his mum Jo.
And his first game was against mighty New Zealand at the 2024 Singapore SVNS event.
Weighing 86kg, Henry spent time at National One rivals Tonbridge Juddians, and was recently called up to the Canada 15-a-side squad for the first time.
The 22-year-old becomes the 14th summer addition to a much-changed squad which has looked exciting in training.
Supporters’ first chance to watch the new-look side comes against Clifton on Saturday August 15.
