The visitors were the only team to win at Clifton Lane last term, but fell 28-0 down before the half-hour mark as Lloyd Hayes converted tries from JB Bruzulier, Jackson Barling, Travis Gordon and Mitchell Lacey-Babalola.
Stortford got on the board as Chris Bolton added to his own effort, but Bruzulier’s second came just before the break.
Hayes, Callum Bustin (two), Morgan Veness, Barling and Lacey-Bablola then crossed, as four more conversions made it 71-7 before Jake Morris grabbed a late consolation.
Plymouth press on against Lions
Plymouth Albion made it four wins from four as they defeated Leicester Lions 45-22 at The Brickfields.
The hosts scored two early tries through Bobby Wigginton and Jack Oulton, Frankie Dart adding to both, before Freddie St John got Leicester on the board.
Joel Broadhurst went over for Albion, but it was a seven-point game at the break after Luke Bouchier was on target following Ben Park’s effort.
Dart landed after Jenson Boughton sealed the bonus-point, but it was still only 26-17 going into the final quarter as Will Roberts scored the visitors third.
Plymouth powered away though, Oulton doubling up as Luke Gulley and Angus Hodges also dotted down, Iwan Jenkins with two kicks before Lions claimed their first match point of the campaign through Park’s second try.

Park take London derby honours
Rosslyn Park ended Blackheath’s unbeaten start and retained their own with a come-from-behind 31-27 away victory.
Club led 13-0 thanks to a Billy Harding effort and eight points from the boot of Ed Dunford, but Steffan James converted a Jack Digby effort on the stroke of half-time.
He repeated the trick following Luke Mehson’s try, only for Blackheath to hit back through Raf Hollister and Dunford.
However, from 20-14 down, a Tom Stanton double and one for Charlie Walker – aided by another James conversion – helped Park take control and left Finn Osborne’s late seven-pointer only enough for a losing bonus.

Sale FC made it back-to-back wins with a 38-15 home victory in their northern derby with Leeds Tykes.
A fourth-minute Henry MacNab try put the Yorkshiremen in front, only for Sale to hit back with Harry Davey and John O’Donnell crossing the whitewash, Joe Green with a kick.
An Eddie Crossland penalty cut the arrears, but another 12 points from Davey, O’Donnell and Green made it 24-8 at the interval.
A converted Jonny Teague try gave Leeds hope, but final-quarter tries from Alfie Longstaff and Fergus Mulchrone sealed the deal, Mark Dixon twice on target.
Bristol boys off the mark
Dings Crusaders earned a first win of the campaign with a terrific 34-19 success at Birmingham Moseley.
The hosts went in front thanks to Dan Brough, Tommy Taylor converting, but it was the Bristolians who led 21-7 at half-time thanks to tries from Harry Rowson, Victor Worsnip and George Boulton, Sam Worsley on target each time from the tee.
Boulton and Worsley extended the advantage before Mose crossed through Fred Ma’a, Taylor on song again.
A Worsley penalty nudge Dings 31-14 up before Ollie Stedman gave Birmingham an outside shot.
But Worsley landed again and despite his side suffering three yellow cards in the final minute plus injury-time, they gamely held on for the win.

Fellow Bristol boys Clifton repeated the trick as they toppled hosts Sedgley Park 41-30.
An early Ollie Harris try was converted by Tom Quinlan to put Clifton up, Ben Gregory quickly and Oli Glasse levelling for Tigers.
Quinlan landed again after Toby Hutchinson powered over, a Glasse penalty and Gregory’s second replied to by a brace of Brad Talbot seven-pointers for 28-15 at half-time.
Gregory completed his hat-trick early in the second period, Glasse slotting before Zane Ainslie crossed to make it a one-point affair.
James McKinney kicked two penalties to ease Clifton nerves, Glasse hitting back with one for 34-30, but a late Pat Ratumaisese effort finished the job for the away side.
Rams leapfrogged Tonbridge Juddians up to fifth following a six-try 40-19 home success.
