While Rams rounded out their friendlies with a 57-7 success against Oxford Harlequins, the hosts trailed 12-0 following a maul try and one from Noah Ferdinand, former Ram Fraser Honey adding to the latter.
Park struck back, though, and took the lead after Bill Johnston converted scores from Ewan Fenley and Jack Digby.
Scottish, however, led at the break thanks to a Matt Gribbon seven-pointer, only for Rosslyn to regain the lead on 53 minutes as Arthur Ellis went over, Johnston again on target.
Yet things turned again as Matt Wilkinson’s converted try made it 26-21 to the visitors, only for Park to snatch it as Will Pandey dotted down before Ed Morgan completed the job from the tee.

Blackheath and Rotherham look ominous
Blackheath completed a terrific pre-season programme by blitzing Canterbury 47-0 at Well Hall.
Hooker Archie Bourne bagged a first-half brace with Jordan Burns also crossing, Ed Dunford with two conversions for 19-0.
And there was no letting up after the break, Ben Charnock, Sam Westmacott, Archie Holland and Raff Hollister all going over as Dunford slotted all four kicks.
Rotherham Titans made it three wins from three as they gear up for a tilt at the National One title by overcoming visitors Durham University 50-21.
Converted tries from Corben Ollivent and Morgan Tunneycliff helped Roth stay level in the early exchanges, a Will Wood five-pointer putting the home side ahead before the students hit the front 21-19 early in the second period – a Victor Ravilhe double and one from Will Windows all added to by Louie Platt.
However, Titans took control as the game progressed, Callum Bustin with a brace as Luckas Sableman-Blue, Travis Gordon and Fraser Hastie also touched down, Joe Cummins completing the scoring with 10 points from the boot.

Plymouth and Leeds look good
Plymouth Albion were also healthy winners as they smashed St Austell 62-5.
Gabe Mead (two) and Billy Orchard were the first-half try-scorers, Ben Saunders with a conversion for 17-0, and seven-pointers from Kyle Speare and Ben Parsons extended Plymouth’s advantage.
The visitors then got off the mark, but Albion put their foot down with Callum Arnold, Morgan Stone, debutant Ben Sharpe and Joel Broadhurst all going over as a penalty try completed the scoring.
National Two North champions Leeds Tykes kept their momentum building with a 26-7 triumph at Wharfedale.
Early tries from Charlie Venables and Kieran Davies, the latter added to by Jerry Bai.
The hosts reduced the deficit as Archie Haddon slotted following Will Beecroft’s touchdown, but a Lucas Walsh try and another for Leeds ensured they took the spoils.

Dings defeated by Stortford shine
Dings Crusaders went down 31-19 to Newport in their Anglo-Welsh tussle at Shaftesbury Park.
A Finley Baker try put the visitors in front before Lloyd Lewis doubled the lead on 15 minutes.
Carwyn Penny’s conversion after Morgan Williams crossed made it 17-0, but the gap was cut before the break as Tom Foot and Jonasa Tabual touched down, Jamie Elswood with a conversion to make it a five-point game.
Dings then took a 19-17 lead as Sam Worsley slotted following a Jeff Young effort, only for Newport to fightback and secure the win thanks to seven-pointers from Kobi Rees and Lucas Welsh.
Bishop’s Stortford produced a statement performance in hammering last season’s National Two East runners-up Dorking 68-28.
