The 23-year-old former Newbury ace backed up his maiden first-team hat-trick at home to Plymouth Albion with the opener at Westleigh Park, the visitors securing a morale-boosting 38-24 bonus-point success.
And having repeatedly impressed for the Development XV – for whom he bagged a treble against Chinnor Under 23s earlier this season – Oli’s brilliant fortnight has taken him to six tries in 11 Level Three games following his move last October.
And speaking to BBC Radio Berkshire, he revealed: “Things are going well and it’s a great environment for me to develop my rugby.
“It’s been a big step up, but the coaches have made it as easy as possible for me.
“I had good memories from getting my first try at Leicester, and to score another was nice.
“We’d been showing glimpses of what we’re about the past few weeks, and to get the job done at Leicester was excellent.
“It was a very good team performance.”

Top two up next for Berkshire boys
Victory ended a three-match losing streak for Rams, leaving them sixth in the table after 11 matches.
Next up are table-toppers Rotherham Titans, the Yorkshiremen having been edged out by a late Plymouth penalty in a dramatic 22-21 reverse on Saturday.
They sit one point clear of Rosslyn Park – whose 19-match home winning run was ended by Bishop’s Stortford – on 45, with an increasingly congested table seeing Blackheath (42), Albion (41) and Sale (40) leading the charge.
Rams are five back ahead of the home game against Rotherham on Saturday, December 6, with a trip to Rosslyn following seven days later.

And level-headed Oli admitted there is a long way to go as he ended: “It’s cliché but we take every game as it comes – obviously we want to win as many as possible because we don’t like losing – and we just have to take a steady approach.”
