The 21-year-old took the trophy last term, and another stellar campaign makes him a two-time winner.
The former Berkshire Under 20s ace featured 22 times for the first XV this season.
Ten were as a starter and 12 as a substitute.
And this was despite missing the final two games of the season with an injury sustained at Rotherham Titans.
Ollie’s efforts made him the most-capped No. 9, with Ed Hoadley (14), Sam Boxhall (10) and Louis Pereira (four) also featuring.

A consistent performer who also spent time on the wing at both Plymouth Albion and Rotherham Titans, Hodgy had to wait until his final full appearance of this campaign to open his seasonal try-scoring account.
This came in the 71-38 victory against Leicester Lions.
Ollie also produced several excellent displays for the Development XV before Christmas.
These included a try in the victory at Cambridge University.
Hodgy joined Rams from Maidenhead before the 2023/24 campaign, but his game time was limited due to a shoulder injury.
However, he broke into the first XV last season, scoring three tries in 14 outings.
And he will look to continue his march towards a half-century of caps next term.
*Well done Ollie on another great campaign – and we hope you get over your injury quickly!
