Biography

Having emigrated to South Africa as a youngster, wing Luke went through the talent factories of Paarl Boys High and the Paul Roos Gymnasium – furnishing his reputation at the latter by finishing as top try-scorer in his senior year.

These efforts led to Luke playing for Western Province A before a move back to the UK saw him enter the Bath Academy, featuring five times on loan at Rams in 2024/25 before making a full switch in the off-season.
