There were points galore as the hosts beat Chinnor Under 23s 64-31 a fortnight ago, while Rams also passed a half century in a 57-21 triumph at Army U23s earlier this month.
In their opening outing, the Dev XV triumphed 26-15 at a wet Bristol University.
Rams have played RAF three times before, battling to a 19-5 success last October.
They were previously beaten 43-21 in April 2024, but defeated the Light Blues 34-22 in December, 2022.
Following the big crowd for the Chinnor contest, come along for what should be another tremendous evening.
