TOP TRY-SCORERS AT THE END OF OCTOBER

RAMS added 15 tries in their four October National One outings, with a remarkable 18 different players having dotted down in the opening eight games of the season.

Zach Clow’s brace versus Bury St Edmunds, along with one against Leeds Tykes, has the wing top of the pile on five.

Axel Kalling-Smith was at the double in the BSE win, moving onto four.

And his tally is matched by hooker Pete Austin, who crossed twice at Tonbridge Juddians.

Alex Ridgway grabbed his first Rams score in the same game, following up against Tykes.

He is one of four players on two tries, joined by Willo Bicknell, who collected the last score versus BSE.

Johnny Ireland and Max Marshall both have a pair.

There were three first-time try-scorers against Leeds as Henry Kirwan, Ollie Stirling and Ryan Cozens all touched down.

Matt Wickham did the same at Birmingham Moseley, where Ellis Jones picked up his first of the campaign.

James Baker, Matt Blee, Mikey Duda, Ant Marris, Ross McKay, Oli Sedgwick and Sam Stirling have also crossed, along with the match-winning penalty try against Rosslyn Park.

The current try split between forwards and backs, including the seven-pointer denied to Kalling-Smith, currently stands at 18-16.
