Recent Form:

As strong as expected from the table-toppers, with arguably their most important victory to date the final-play 22-19 first-versus-second triumph against Plymouth Albion before the Easter break.

Prior to that they suffered one of just four defeats all season, though bagged a losing bonus-point in a 22-15 setback at in-form title dark horses Blackheath.

Titans had started 2026 in blistering fashion with seven bonus-point wins coming, in reverse order, against Birmingham Moseley (33-7, home), Tonbridge Juddians (41-21, away), Dings Crusaders (47-12, h), Clifton (54-0, h), Rosslyn Park (36-26, a), Leicester Lions (73-24, h) and Bishop’s Stortford (35-27, a).

Edged out 19-18 in a pulsating Yorkshire derby against Leeds Tykes at Headingley Stadium in final game before Christmas,

Had previously defeated Sedgley Park (40-15) and Rams (35-31) to bounce back from a 22-21 loss at Plymouth Albion.

Another three-match winning run versus Blackheath (24-19), Moseley (33-15) and TJs (38-28) came off the back of the biggest shock of the season so far, a 50-31 loss at Dings.

Rotherham had started the season in imperious fashion with a super six successes against Rosslyn (27-26), Lions (41-26), Stortford (71-12), Clifton (40-15), Leeds (52-12) and Sale FC (43-28).

Players to Watch:

Andrew Foster – Former Newcastle Falcons prop is in his second spell with Rotherham and was man-of-the-match in the corresponding fixture last term.

Almost-ever present since returning to Clifton Lane at the start having featured in every game in 2024/25 and missing only two in this campaign.

Enjoyed Premiership and European experience with Falcons and has also played in the Champ with Yorkshire Carnegie and Doncaster Knights.

Lloyd Hayes – Death, taxes and Hayes topping the league’s point-scorers.

For the fourth year in a row the versatile former Doncaster Knights ace leads the way (twice in National Two North, two at Level Three), and struck what could be the title-winning drop goal against Plymouth Albion last time out.

In total he has 266 made up of nine tries, 85 conversions, 17 penalties and THAT clutch drop kick.

In the past three seasons, each time earning a Team of the Season position, he has tallied 294, 327 and 267.

Isaac Shaw – Along with 20-try Aussie wing Jackson Barling, full back has added some sparkle to Titans’ three-quarters since arriving from Brunel University/Ealing Trailfinders in the summer.

Yet to miss a game and has crossed the whitewash 11 times in 23 outings.
