The Cardiff University graduate becomes the second player to join from Clifton in the past week.
He follows in the footsteps of Shay Sainsbury.
Ollie began his career as a five-year-old at Hammershmith & Fulham RFC and went to Fulham Boys School.
Part of the London Irish pathway from Under 11s to Senior Academy, he later received a scholarship to Harrow.
While studying human geography and planning at Cardiff he made almost 50 BUCS Super Rugby appearances.
And he took to National One like a duck to water at Clifton last term, almost ever-present after debuting against Rams in mid-October.
Ollie scored six tries in 19 appearances, including one at Old Bath Road in the 45-25 home triumph.
But as the 12th summer signing he will now line up in blue this term.
