Fly-half Iwan Jenkins converted his own try before landing a penalty to give the Devonians an early advantage, Bill Johnston slotting a kick to get the visitors on the board.
But Jenkins replied for 13-3 at the break and the loanee was again on target after fellow Exeter Chief Louie Gulley dotted down.
A Harry Legg seven-pointer and a penalty try made it 34-3, and while Johnston added to a Luke Mehson effort for Park, Gulley and Jenkins rounded out the scoring.

Bonus-point wins for Titans and Club
Second-placed Rotherham Titans remain hot on the heels of Plymouth following a 73-24 hammering of bottom side Leicester Lions.
Lloyd Hayes converted Jackson Barling’s try to put Roth in front, but the visitors cut the gap as Max Humphreys went over.
Hayes made it three from three as Travis Gordon and Luke Cole touched down, but Lions were in the game at half-time after Theo Mannion added to a Luke Burrows try.
Barling bagged the bonus-point for Titans, but Mannion converted his own try to make it a seven-point game.
However, the hosts then ran riot.
Gordon doubled up before Rob Povey crossed, Hayes, Barling – for his hat-trick – Jack Baldry, John Okafor and Jamie Major also over in a blistering assault.
Hayes landed six more conversions for a personal points tally of 23, although Leicester snatched a late bonus-point thanks to James Stubbs.

Blackheath remain third following a 43-7 home cruise against Dings Crusaders.
Two Jake Hennessey tries and one from Ed Scragg, the latter converted by Sam Morley, put Club in command before Raff Weston added to an Omar Ly score for the visitors.
Billy Harding’s customary try made it 22-7 at the break, and he collected his 33rd of the season after the break.
Finn Osborne and Kyle McGhie were the other try-scorers as Morley converted all three second-half scores.

In-form Sale win again, Sedge beat Bishop’s Stortford
Sale FC made it eight wins in nine matches with a 57-0 drubbing of Clifton.
The Dogs led 17-0 at half-time thanks to tries from Nev Edwards, Andy Hughes and Alfie Longstaff, plus a Joe Green conversion.
But they scored at a point-a-minute after the break, Ollie Davies, Freddie Reader, James Robins (two), Toby Wilson and Sean Street all crossing the whitewash.
Green (three) and Robins (two) slotted the extras in a one-sided second period.

Sedgley Park bolstered their survival hopes with a 30-14 home triumph versus Bishop’s Stortford.
Tigers snapped a five-match losing streak after taking a 15-0 lead on the back of tries from John Blanchard and Bob Birtwell, plus five points from the boot of Ollie Glasse.
Yet the visitors cut the gap to one point before the break, Alex Ashton and Jack Biard over as Jai Johal and Chris Bolton added a conversion apiece.
That was as good as it got for Stortford, though, Glasse landing a penalty before Rhys Henderson touched down with seven minutes remaining.
And Sedge then grabbed what could be a crucial try bonus through Lewis Bradley, Glasse adding a cherry to the proverbial cake.

A Freddie Painter try put the Midlanders in front before their opponents claimed the lead through Nathan Earle and the boot of Sam Evans.
Tighe Maxwell-Whiteley landed after Aquile Smith crossed to put Mose back in front, only for Earle to level.
But it was the hosts in front at the break after Sam Clarke went over.
TJs came flying out the blocks after the break though, Tom Mannix and Connor Lloyd earning a try bonus-point before Evans made it 24-17.
The two sides exchanged penalties, but Painter’s second, added to by Tommy Taylor, ensured a share of the spoils.
