The visitors took an early lead as Harry Rowson finished a fluent move on the left, but Rams replied swiftly with Morgan MacRae burrowing over from close range and Ben Atkins crossing from the back of a maul, Mike Cooke converting the former to leave it 12-5.
Dings levelled thanks to a similar set-piece finished by Jeffrey Young, Sam Worsley with the extras.
However, a MacRae break then gave the hosts field position for Axel Kalling-Smith to touch down from five metres out, the Sweden captain then benefitting from an outstanding rip and burst from Willo Bicknell to double his tally on the stroke of half-time.
Cooke landed two more kicks to make it 26-12 at the interval, and Rams then put the game to bed with a staggering six-minute purple patch at the start of the second period.
Hosts go ballistic
First to cross on 42 minutes was Harry Stone, Dings unable to keep the ball after Kalling-Smith’s grubber put them on their own line.
Almost immediately captain Max Hayman made a storming break which enabled the returning Charlie Robson to eventually cross on the left, the try-scorer then provider as he won a foot race following Cooke’s clearance before freeing Zach Clow to finish.

Hayman then produced a moment of magic as he dived on his own grubber as Cooke landed another sensational touch-line nudge as Rams passed their half-century.
Dings kept going, though, and second row Will Thompson powered over for a score added to by replacement Jamie Elswood.
It was a brief reprieve for the Bristolians, though as Rams continued to carve holes in their defence.
A Ben Atkins break led to MacRae doubling his tally before man-of-the-match Bicknell claimed a deserved score.

Cooke’s kicking masterclass continued as he made it nine from 10, but Crusaders salvaged a try bonus-point as Sol O’Brien-Taufa went over wide left.
Yet Rams, whose pace, power and continuity play were all stand-out features in their record-breaking display, had the final word as debutant Louis Pereira grabbed his side’s 11th score before the final whistle was blown.
Rams head to Sale FC next Saturday (2.30pm)
