
The 21-year-old has racked up more than 50 BUCS appearances during an impressive three-year spell in the Midlands.
He has also captained Loughborough’s National Two West league side.
Matt began his career at Old Reigatians as a six-year-old and also played at Reigate Grammar School.
He was then picked up by Harlequins as part of their Development and EPP programmes as an Under 12, continuing the pathway to U18s.
Matt turned down an Academy contract to pursue his University course, and is looking to make an impact at Old Bath Road.
The No. 9 is a fine all-round sportsman, having also represented Surrey Cricket Club through the age groups.
He also had England hockey trials at U16 and U18 before committing to his rugby dream.
