Both swaps come in the three-quarters, with Bath loanee Henry Bartlett handed a first appearance on the right wing, his arrival allowing last week’s try-scorer Axel Kalling-Smith to switch to outside centre.
Two more to cross the whitewash against Titans, full-back Zach Clow and Oli Rhoads – whose prolific form now has the ex-Newbury man with five in his past three outings – complete the back three.
Rowan Grundy again goes from the off at inside centre, Mike Cooke at stand-off and the other change seeing Ollie Hodgson step up from the bench at scrum-half.

The front row remains the same with matchday ever-present Paddy Harris at loose-head prop, second top try-scorer and captain Max Hayman sandwiched by former Ireland Under 20 international Ryan Lomas.
Liam Elston scored a wonder-try amid a magnificent performance against Rotherham six days ago, and he is again partnered in the engine room by stalwart Connor Stapley.
One of the stand-out performers of the campaign so far, Harry Stone, enjoyed his switch to blind-side flanker last week, and the back row remains the same with the ever-improving Aaron Tull and No. 8 Willo Bicknell completing the pack.

Max Marshall is back on the bench for a second cap as loose-head cover, with record-breaker James Baker in line for 449 on the other side of the scrum.
Former London Irishman Atkins is one of two back rows among the replacements, Mikey Duda having made a major impact versus Titans despite the defeat.
Royal Air Force scrum-half Sam Boxhall rounds out the squad, with three travelling reserves named for the trip to London.
They are fellow Services man Pete Austin, the Army captain and hooker, scrum-half Ed Hoadley and 94-cap centre Ellis Jones.
