The shortlist is:
Ben Atkins
Second-half substitute galvanised the second-half fightback at Bishop’s Stortford and led from the front versus Plymouth Albion and Leicester.
Next appearance will be his 50th for the club.
Max Hayman
Captain returned to action and won his 100th cap in defeat to Albion, but made history as just the second Rams player to score four in a National One game seven days later at Lions.

Oli Rhoads
Productive month for the 23-year-old wing who scored his maiden first-team treble against Plymouth.
Then took just six minutes to benefit from the BBC Berkshire Weekend Kick-Off charm, opening the scoring at Leicester after his first chat with Tim Dellor the night before.

Aaron Tull
Ever-present in the back row during November, the flanker made 28 tackles in three games and missed just one.
Also made 10 carries during a fine performance at Leicester, and has caught the eye at the line-out and breakdown.
