EXTRAORDINARY James Baker extended his unbelievable record as the Ram to have scored in most first-team seasons on Saturday.
His effort in the 34-31 home loss to Bishop’s Stortford was incredibly the 19th campaign he has crossed the whitewash in.
During 23 seasons, he has only failed to score in his first (2004/05), when he debuted at the back end of the campaign, 08/09, and 21/22.
Rugby the previous year was cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Baker’s 51st try also took him back into the top 10 marksmen in the club’s history, joining former front row colleague Ben Henderson on the same number.
The full list is below.
Baker has scored against 39 different opposition, but the legendary tight-head prop has never scored more than one try in a game!
