Berkshire man Ben joined Rams following the sad demise of London Irish ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.

He started playing as a three-year-old at Reading before moving onto Bracknell and then Irish.

Educated at The Forest School and later St Paul’s AASE, Ben enjoyed a fine first season at Old Bath Road, scoring nine tries in 23 appearances.

Having suffered a broken ankle at Chinnor in pre-season the following campaign, Ben added a further four tries in 15 outings.

And he reached a half-century of Rams appearances at Rosslyn Park in December 2025, unfortunately suffering a season-ending injury against Sale in the first game after Christmas.

Heads into the 2026/27 campaign with 14 tries and 51 caps.
