The shortlist for September is:
Willo Bicknell
The summer signing hit the ground running following his move from Oxford Harlequins.
Impressed on National One debut at Sedgley Park before scoring his first Rams’ try in a man-of-the-match display in the big win against Dings Crusaders.
Also crossed the whitewash in the defeat at Sale FC.
Mike Cooke
Fly-half topped the points chart with 28 in his first month of league action at the club.
Masterful display against Dings saw the fly-half knock over nine conversions, while he was also on target four times versus Tonbridge Juddians a fortnight later.

Axel Kalling-Smith
Sweden captain started the season in red-hot form with four tries in as many games.
Touched down in the opening-day triumph at Sedgley, backing it up with a brace in the Dings demolition and then scored a typically brilliant solo score in the victory versus Tonbridge Juddians.

Morgan MacRae
Swapped from the pack to inside centre, the former Wales 7s ace led the try-scoring charts with five in four matches.
Doubled up in the Dings win – as well as missing out on a hat-trick when he slipped before Max Hayman’s chip-and-collect effort – went over at Sale and scored two more against TJs during a productive month.
