WEDNESDAY Night Lights return to Old Bath Road as Brunel University visit the Development XV tomorrow evening (7.45pm).

It is the first of a two-test challenge between the sides in the space of eight days.

Rams will visit Brunel the following Wednesday (September 16, 7.15pm).

The last encounter between the sides came in September 2023, the Students edging victory 17-14 on a rainy evening.

But with the forecast set fair for Wednesday and entry free, there is hope for a good crowd and a top-quality affair.

Rams are expected to name a strong side with some injured players likely to return.

Food and drink are on sale for the Dev XV’s first outing of the season with gates opening at 6.15pm.
