Rams 48-14 Guernsey (October 13, 2018)
A scintillating first-half display helped Rams put this National Two South encounter to bed before the break, earning a dominant 36-0 lead after 40 minutes.
Tries from man-of-the-match Andrew Denham and Joe Duffelen arrived inside 10 minutes, while Jamie Guttridge, Miles Lloyd and Jak Rossiter also went over before the interval, Alex Seers landing three conversions.
Denham grabbed his second soon after the break and just before the 50-minute mark, a moment of individual brilliance from veteran Andy Amor set-up James Page to cross under the posts, Seers adding the extras to make it 48-0.
However, Guernsey showed terrific resolve and fought back with tries from Matt Creber and Malcolm Barnes, both converted by Alex Gow, and in the final stages were hammering away to try and snatch a try bonus-point, only for Rams to prevent them crossing the line again.

Gensians made it three wins out of three in South West Division One after scoring nine tries against a resilient Quins side at the Old Bath Road ground.
Their try haul included two for wing Tom Allen and one each from flanker Gus Davies, scrum-half Jez Flynn, full-back Jevon Marsh, centre Seb Reynolds, wing Joao Costa, No. 8 Olly Randall and centre Peter Freeth, who also kicked five conversions.
But Gensians should have scored more, particularly in the second half.
Freeth admitted: “We missed six (tries). Everyone was eager to get on the score sheet and we were a bit too flat and we’ll have to work on that.”
