TOP TRY-SCORERS AT THE END OF FEBRUARY

MAX Hayman’s try-scoring hot streak continued with another four in three games during February, leaving the skipper six clear at the top of the charts.

The hooker bagged a treble in the 45-25 Clifton 2 win and added another versus Bishop’s Stortford.

And he now stands on 17 for the campaign.

Zach Clow’s Clifton double leaves him second on 11, with Axel Kalling-Smith into double figures alongside Morgan MacRae.

The Swedish wing dotted down in the home fixtures against Clifton and Stortford, fellow flyer Oli Rhoads remaining on seven.

Stone enjoying purple patch

Harry Stone enjoyed a productive month and crossed in all three February outings, grabbing the consolation at Blackheath.

His tally now sits at six.

Fellow back five forward Willo Bicknell bagged a beauty against Bishop’s, now level on five with Luke Graham.

The old reliable penalty try stayed on four, Charlie Robson three.

The other February try-scorer was Ryan Lomas, who doubled his tally to sit alongside Henry Bartlett, Mikey Duda and Rowan Grundy.

With no maiden seasonal scorers in the past three games, the individual log remains at 21.

Solo finishers are Ben Atkins, Pete Austin, James Baker, Liam Elston, Paddy Harris, Ellis Jones, Louis Pereira and Connor Stapley.

All this means Rams have now scored 94 tries in 21 games, with an average of 4.48 a smidgen down on the 118 in 26 during the 2024/25 campaign (4.54).

The current try split between forwards, including three penalty tries, and backs (one), currently stands at 41-53.
