He will be partnered in the half backs by Loughborough University and Berkshire Under 20s man Louis Roumignac.
The centres, meanwhile, are made up of powerful ball carriers Isaac Tokura and Tom Vasu.
There is pace to burn out wide with Sam Bowen and Alex Mannhardt on the wings, while Andrew Lamb, with 26 first-team caps, completes the three-quarters at full back.
Max Marshall, hooker Harry Bicknell, and former Scotland Under 20 international George Breese, start in the front row.
All three have featured in National One this term.
Meanwhile the up-and-coming duo of Will Burrows and Seb Burgess are paired together behind them.
Welsh former Reading University skipper Harry Judd leads the side from open-side flanker, with current students Phil Poppy and No. 8 Olly Marsh completing the starting line-up.
The latter was a try-scorer for Berkshire U20s in their thrilling 33-29 County Championship victory against Dorset & Wilts on Sunday.
Berkshire boys ready to make impact
Six more players who featured in the success at Old Bath Road are among the replacements.
They include second row Max Hughes, who made his Development XV debut at Oxford University 12 days ago.
Former Bath Under 18s man Stan Muigai also provides cover in the engine room.
Jacob Kyte and former Colts’ captain Aaron Preston, impressive off the bench for Berkshire, are ready to add impetus in the back row.
Elsewhere James Gilman provides cover at fly-half, with the versatile Theo Pett-Ridge also capable of playing there along with in the centres or at full back.
And the squad is completed by two Berkshire try-scorers from Sunday, the fleet-footed Reading University duo of Ethan Bassett and Llyr Jones.
