Jones, who missed almost all last season with a knee injury, but possessing 24 tries in 89 first-team caps, continues to work his way back with flanker-turned-12 MacRae alongside him.
Last year’s Young Player of the Year, Ollie Hodgson, starts at scrum-half, with Andrew Lamb, man-of-the-match in the final National One contest of last season at Darlington Mowden Park, outside him.
The three-quarters are completed by former Scotland Under 20 Harris Rutherford at full-back, speedy Sam Bowen on the right wing and ex-Mini Theo Pett-Ridge on the other flank.
Swansea University summer signing Max Marshall leads the front row at loose-head with South West Under 20s hooker Harry Bicknell and Irishman Ryan Lomas alongside him.

Young second row look to keep building
The young duo of Liam Elston and Patrick Jackson caught the eye during superb second-half appearances at Taunton Titans on Saturday and will be looking to back their effort up against their National Two East county rivals.
Harry Stone switches from the engine room into the blind-side flanker jersey, young Reading University South African ace Andrich Skein on the other side of the scrum and powerful former Windsor No. 8 Will Moss rounding out the starting 15.

Army skipper Pete Austin is the replacement hooker, with Archie Downing providing front row cover alongside him after an encouraging debut against Aberavon.
Replacement backs ready for action
Will Burrows is also ready to support the pack, while there is plenty of talent ready to dazzle under the lights among the three-quarters – versatile 50-cap first-teamer Rowan Grundy capable of playing fly-half or in midfield with Cardiff Met No. 9 Louis Pereira again looking to impress.
Oli Rhoads grabbed two tries in Somerset and Alex Mannhardt one, while there is a welcome return from injury for Polish international wing Tomek Pozniak.
The squad is rounded out by sizable recent Oratory School graduate Jake Jackson.
Entry for tonight’s game is free with gates open from 6.30pm, food and drink available.
