He is joined in the front row by Paddy Harris and captain Max Hayman, leading scorer with 16 this term.
The back five remain unchanged in personnel, but with a positional switch.
This sees Harry Stone move from blind-side flanker to partner Connor Stapley in the engine room.
In-form Liam Elston moves the other way, with Aaron Tull and No. 8 Willo Bicknell completing the line-up.
Vasu set for first cap
With Baker going from the off, Ryan Lomas drops to the bench to provide prop impetus alongside the evergreen Ant Marris.
Teenager Paddy Jackson is the other forwards replacement.
Mike Cooke covers the half-backs, with the squad rounded out by potential debutant Tom Vasu.
The Army ace has impressed since trialing from Windsor at the turn of the year and his performance for the Development XV against his full-time employers on Wednesday was enough to catapult him into the matchday 20.
