The 24-year-old arrives after helping Old Albanians secure a third-placed finish in National Two East last term.
A former Rugby Paper Team of the Season selection in 2023/24, Sam missed the following campaign through injury before coming back with a bang.
He was a cornerstone of the OAs pack during a campaign where they led the table for much of the season.
Sam’s rugby career began as a 12-year-old at Redborne Upper School in Bedfordshire, before he later joined Ampthill for club rugby.
Standing 6ft 2in and weighing 125kg, the Olympic lifting enthusiast has also been involved with Saracens.
Previously a back row, the dynamic new signing is a serious ball carrier excited to show his stuff at Old Bath Road.
