The sensational team score was the fourth in a six-minute second-half blitz and was started by Harry Stone.
After Mikey Duda broke a tackle he did superbly to delay his off-load from the floor to Ollie Hodgson, Hayman then spreading the ball to Morgan MacRae.
And the Welsh inside centre then went on a marauding 70-metre charge, showing pace and power before eventually falling just short of the line.
But after the ball was secured at the breakdown, captain Hayman chased down and dived on his own grubber kick to complete a memorable five-pointer – one turned into seven by Mike Cooke’s stunning touchline conversion.
