Results of ticket ballot for #Ramily members

Dear #Ramily members,

Following a record number of applications for tickets for England’s matches in the Guinness Six Nations next February and March, I am pleased to announce that members named below have been successful in the ballots. 104 tickets have been allocated via this initial process from the 311 tickets that were initially applied for.

Each member below is able purchase a pair of tickets for the match listed (other than France v England where the actual number of tickets is stated). The right to purchase these tickets remains subject to the member having settled their current season’s membership dues and these match tickets are paid for in line with deadline previously communicated (by 3rd December 2021). Members will be emailed this week with payment details to secure their tickets. Payment must be paid prior to the deadline or the tickets will be reallocated to other members.
As a reminder, tickets for England’s home matches at Twickenham are all electronic and will be transferred to the ticketholder via the Twickenham Stadium app. Details of this are included in the application memo.

Tickets for Edinburgh and Paris will be delivered via the Royal Mail. We are still waiting to receive the web-link from the Italian Rugby Federation for members to apply directly for the Italy v England fixture in Rome. This will be published via the Club’s website and social media channels.

Congratulations to those of you successful in the ballot. There is the likelihood that further tickets may become available in December as other Clubs return some of their allocation. Should we be able to access any of these, priority will be given to those that have applied and been unsuccessful in the ballot.

I would be grateful if you can remain patient with Janette and I over the coming weeks as we collect the monies and transfer the tickets. The effort required to run this process over multiple series has become significant as we seek to make it more inclusive across our Club. We are pleased how the e-ticketing process has gone for the Autumn Internationals but we do need our members to play their part too by downloading the Twickenham Stadium app in a timely basis.

In the meantime, please do let me know if you have any questions.

Yours aye,

Graeme Cook
International Ticket Secretary
Rams RFC
