The judge’s verdict in Dani Czernuszka’s court case was released today (Thursday 23rd February) with the decision in her favour.

There will be a lot of media interest in the case, Dani and the club.

Dani has the backing of a first class legal team and they have appointed Tom Moss of Citypress, contact details: Tom.Moss@citypress.co.uk, 0161 235 0337, to handle all media enquiries. Dani has already commented and is being quoted in the press.

You may receive enquiries from journalists or other parties that are interested in Dani and her case. We ask that you respect Dani’s situation and bear in mind that this is her story.

Please resist the temptation to make public comments, even if you feel strongly motivated to do so in favour of Dani, and allow Dani’s legal team and the PR expert to deal with things sensibly. If anyone decides to “go it alone” and ignore these instructions you will very quickly find yourself outside of the #Ramily.

Finally, we would like to thank all of those that have supported Dani and her family through the last five-and-a-half traumatic years. You know who you are and you truly are superstars.
