Rams has a reputation of being a community of people that respect each other and their hosts and guests. Rugby, generally, has a first-class reputation as one of the best team sports in the world and one that operates with the highest levels of integrity and behaviour. We want that to continue.

The RFU have issued an excellent template for clubs to adopt as their Code of Conduct and Rams has now incorporated those RFU values into its own code.
