The former Leicester Tigers Academy man has also played in Australia for Sydney-based Southern Districts, and was recently President and captain of Oxford Brookers University RFC.
He joined Quins in March 2022 and has gone onto help them reach Level Four for the first time thanks to their dominant Regional One Midlands title victory two seasons ago.
Willo’s leadership skills were again on show last term, as the captain led from the front with 13 tries in 22 appearances – including a hat-trick against runners-up Dorking – to help Quins overcome a six-match winless run at the start of the campaign to easily secure survival.
He follows fly-half Mike Cooke and Army hooker Pete Austin in moving to Old Bath Road.
