Norman doubled his tally before Sinjin Broad crossed, Lloyd Hayes with the extras, but Leicester led 20-17 at the break after Joey Patrick crossed and Bouchier took his tally to 10 points.
Broad’s converted second nudged Titans in front before Lions regained the lead through Bronson Mellowes, only for Rotherham to power clear thanks to tries from Harry Newborn, Morgan Veness and Jackson Barling, Hayes adding to the latter.

London sides keep up the charge
Rosslyn Park won the battle of the other two previously unbeaten sides as they trumped Plymouth Albion 29-14 at The Rock.
The hosts led 12-0 at the break thanks to tries from Charlie Piper and Tom Stanton plus a Steff James conversion, Albion replying as Frankie Dart slotted following his own score.
Park pulled clear through converted Benji Marfo and Charlie Mulchrone efforts, Plymouth replying through Ben Moa before James landed a late penalty.

Blackheath climbed to third with a bonus-point 36-31 victory at Dings Crusaders.
Ed Dunford converted an early Jake Hennessey try to put Club in front, Raff Weston replying with a penalty before the visitors went over again through Ed Scragg.
Weston added to Archie Stanley and Harry Rowson tries to make it 17-12, but the scores were level at the break after Billy Harding touched down.
A converted Sam Cantwell effort was matched by Harding’s second, Club moving ahead as Hennessey doubled up and Harding completed his hat-trick, Sam Morley on target for 36-24.
And while Lewis O’Grady added to George Boulton’s try with 12 minutes remaining, Club held on for the win.

Three in a row for Sale, Tigers roar
Sixth-placed Sale FC took down hosts Clifton 24-17 after building up a 12-7 lead through tries from Alfie Longstaff and Mark Dixon, plus a Joe Green conversion.
Clifton cut the gap before the break as Tom Quinlan added to a Harry Johnson try, but Nev Edwards then made it 15-7.
A Quinlan penalty reduced the arrears before an Oli Davies score, converted by Will Addison, eased Sale nerves.
Harry Hone’s late seven-pointer snatched a losing bonus-point for the Bristolians.

Bertie Bradshaw’s last-gasp score helped Sedgley Park edge out hosts Bishop’s Stortford 20-15.
A Ben Gregory try and Ollie Glasse penalty gave Tigers the early impetus, but the home side hit back as Chris Bolton converted Isaac Bell’s try.
A Bolton penalty and Tristan Smith score had Stortford 15-8 up, but Joe Bedlow went over with eight minutes remaining before Bradshaw’s decisive effort, Glasse adding the extras.
TJs take down Birmingham
Connor Lloyd’s stunning hat-trick guided Tonbridge Juddians to a 31-17 home victory versus Birmingham Moseley.
Visiting skipper Ollie Stedman put the visitors in front before Lloyd scored 16 of TJs’ first-half points, Curtis Barnes also over for a 21-5 lead.
Lloyd completed his treble before Tommy Taylor converted Stedman’s second, the Moseley skipper’s treble then making things interesting before Lewis Gjaltema’s try shut things down.
Rams battled the elements in a 19-7 success at Leeds Tykes.
